New In: Shoes, Clothes, aaaand bags! :D

Hello there, sweeties!
I am writing this post while lying almost helplessly in bed; my flu is incapacitating me to an annoying extent. >_< I wasn't able to attend my classes yesterday, and so as today's. Plus, I'll be having an exam on Monday, another on Tuesday, aaaand another one on Wednesday, and a Scrapbook project to be passed on Wednesday morning. Guess what? I haven't started on anything yet. I haven't, because I can't. Reeeeaally can't. I tried but I just couldn't focus. T__T

I'm taking my medicines quite religiously, but they don't seem to help. I think I should bug my dad to bring us (he's ill, too) to the hospital already; maybe this isn't just a Flu. ~_~

Anyway, since I am sick and not capable of actually shooting and editing some decent photos, I'll first feed you with my low-quality instagram shots. Mehehe.

These items came from my tita ninang (she resides in Seattle, WA), whom I already treated as my mom ever since, and even more when my biological mom left us for another guy. Oh well. Tita ninang really knows what tickles my fancy!

Shoes: FLATS!

BAGS: Michael Kors, Fornarina, and moooore! :D

I'll be posting more photos, and more decent ones, when I get well and when I already survived my exam week. Teehee.

DDG Mag Launch Teaser + CONTEST

Hello there, sweeties gorgeous ladies!

In this post, we're gonna scrap off the sweet and overwrite it with gorgeous and sexy. ;)
Why? Because I'm about to present to you a new kind of magazine that showcases exciting new features and editorials...

http://www.facebook.com/DDG.drop.dead.gorgeous

Drop Dead Gorgeous Magazine is Philippine's newest social and lifestyle magazine that is sure to bring you the hottest trends in events, fashion, people and a whole lot more.

Having started a few years back as a Facebook Group for gorgeous young women, DDG has now decided to go mainstream -- targeting a wider range of audience -- but still bringing with them their advocacy and passion to help. Just a random fact about them: DDG and its members continuously hold various programs which aim to help those in need; such as the Feeding Program that they held in 2010, and their "Give Love on Christmas" campaign last year. Now with their gorgeous models, creative writers, editors, and staff, they are sure to not only bring you updates on the latest buzz and trends, but to also warm your hearts with their passion.

With this, we glamorously invite you to grab a chance to be part of their Magazine's Grand Launch on 26 July 2012, 7 o'clock in the evening @ the PRIVÉ Luxury Club (Bonifacio Global City, Taguig). This is going to be an invite-only event, so you could only go there if you have invites. So ask me, what's the point of telling you all these if you can't come? Well, the point is...

DDG Magazine will be giving away an
exclusive invite to ONE of my readers!

TO JOIN, YOU MUST:

SWEET LITTLE BITS MID-YEAR GIVEAWAY!

Bonjour! Comment allez-vous? :)

Hello, sweeties! If you had been observant enough, you would be aware that on the 11th of July, my blog will be celebrating its 7th month already. For those who know me personally, or at least know my whole name, you would know that '7 'means so much to me since it's mah name! (Fast Fact: My whole name is Marie Paige Seven Bautista ^_^ ). And thus, I decided that my blog's 7th month would be a nice time to conduct my second giveaway! :D

This one's not so bongga, so please don't expect too much. Heehee. But still, I prepared these on my own to show you guys my love and thanks, so I hope you appreciate it. :')

I've been going through a lot of hard times lately but I am very thankful that God has not forsaken me. He gave me a very supportive family and lots of thoughtful friends. They were the ones used by God as instruments to help me focus on the bright side and stay strong. :') In a few weeks, I was able to regain my SUNSHINY SELF (hence the abrupt change of my blog header to Petit Rayon de Soleil meaning "a little ray of sunshine"). And yes, I am so happy that I would like to share some of the "sunshine" with you guys!

So without any further blah, I would like to present to you the prizes*!
* some of the items are my own purchases and some I have won from other giveaways

Flash Photoshoot for Aimee's Outfit Post

Two Fridays ago, I and my orgmates/co-bloggers Aimee & Momo of Charmed had quite some time to "splurge" and Momo & I had our cameras with us so we decided to have an amateur photoshoot for Aimee's outfit post! Yeah, just like that. =))

So here's what we got ;)

And then here are some BTS shots (naks, may pa-BTS-BTS pa! hahaha. Feeling LEGIT photoshoot!) from  Momo :)

SEEMS LEGIT? :))

So what do you think, huh? Seems Legit? Hahaha. Naaah, really amateur. :))) I would really like to learn decent Photography, though. :)

One random fact about me, guys: I really have a certain passion for Photography and Film, but... I dunno. I have too much things I'd like to try, too many things I'd like to pursue and be good at, a lot of things in my head... I really don't know. But I'm definitely sure at this point that I'm not cut-out for Engineering, and I'm into the Arts & the Languages. I'm a right-brainer -- at least that's what I actually realized when I entered college. But... oh well, I'm constantly praying for God to enlighten me and guide me on whichever path He wants me to walk on. Let His will be done instead of mine. :)

Well I guess that wasn't just a random fact at all, was it? It was a portion of the things I'm hiding inside me. :/

I thought of deleting it after re-reading what I wrote, but I guess I should after all let some of these out. ITALY! I Trust And Love You, sweeties. :)

Send in your comments! :D

Love lots,

♥ Blog Roll
